Nature Coast EMS CEO/President, Mike Hall, Re-elected to AAA Board
LECANTO, FL, JANUARY 11, 2011. Mike Hall, CEO/President of Nature Coast EMS, was recently re-elected to the Board of Directors of the AAA, (American Ambulance Association), in Region II, covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Mike has been active in the Association for the past 16 years such Leadership positions as an Chair of Membership Committee, Chair of the Recruitment & Retention Task Force , and Stars of Life Committee. Mike is a Nationally Registered EMT-P and has been in EMS for 34 years. He has served as President/CEO of Nature Coast EMS Since 2007.
The AAA was formed in response to the need for improvements in medical transportation and emergency medical services. The Association services as a voice and clearinghouse for ambulance services across the nation. The Association views pre-hospital care not only as a public service, but also as an essential part of the total public health care system. The AAA’s Mission is: “To promote health care policies that ensure excellence in the ambulance services industry and provide research, education and communications programs to enable its members to effectively address the needs of the communities they serve.”
