Mike Hall
Mike Hall is the Executive Director of Nature Coast EMS in LeCanto, Florida.
As the organization’s visionary and leader, Mike oversees the activities of all departments in the organization. Answering to the Citrus County EMS Board, Mike ensures that the organization’s team members exceed customer service expectations, offer exemplary clinical services and that the organization maintains the financial integrity and structure necessary to result in long-term efficiency and cutting-edge effectiveness. In just the few short years that Mike has been affiliated with Nature Coast EMS, the company has been completely reorganized, has moved into a brand new EMS headquarters and training facility, has submitted its application for national Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services accreditation, has nominated and received numerous State EMS awards on behalf of the organization and has been locally designated as a credentialed STEMI provider.
Mike Hall is the Committee Chairperson for the American Ambulance Association's Membership Development Committee. As such, Mike works to fulfill the Committee’s mission to develop a membership benefit program that contributes to the growth of the Association and that responds to the needs of its members. Working to assist staff with membership retention and recruitment, Mike is also responsible for strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding valuable Association partnerships, services and/or products offered by members.
Mike’s impressive career path began with his studies in Missouri. He received his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from St.Louis Community College before pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne College and a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Mary in Virginia.
Mike has considerable experience working in the Emergency Medical Services field. During the last twenty-five years, Mike has worked at Christian Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri as an Emergency Medical Technician, Education Coordinator and as a Nationally Registered Paramedic before becoming the EMS Manager there in 1977.
Mike Hall actively contributed to the Fargo EMS community by serving on the Board of the North Dakota EMS Association. In addition to his EMS oversight responsibilities, Mike Hall served as an active member of the Fargo, North Dakota community. He served as a Board Member for the local Rotary Club, as a volunteer at the Fargo Air Museum and acted as Treasurer for the Gethesmane Episcopal Cathedral. He also served as the Vice President of the Northern Lights Boy Scout Council.
